Sembawang Country Club
Originally, built by the British Royal Marines as a nine-hole golf club, it has been through several rounds of upgrading and improvements. Now, an 18-hole golf course sits on 5980 metres of hilly terrain close to the Seletar Reservoir. It is described as one of the toughest courses in Singapore.

Managed by Singapore Armed Forces, the par 72 course is appropriately called the "Commando Course" for its sloping lies, blind shots and deep drains, valleys and uphill fairways. The second nine is longer with sharp doglegs and steep downhill tee shots. The last green is perched on the edges of a deep drain.

Sembawang has a new Spanish-styled clubhouse with swimming pool, driving range, karaoke lounge and restaurants. Overall, the club has a senic view and the fairways and greens are normally in excellent condition.
