Argalia was the prince of Cathay, and was said to possess magical powers and enchanted weapons.
The knights of this order were armed with the guisarme, a lightweight polearm with a narrow single-edged
blade, capable of cleaving through armour. So wise were they that they were known as the owls of the Empire.
Mages: Grace, Mingjie and Wenzhao
Knights of this order were easily distinguised by virtue of always using their sabre. Inclined towards
the intellectual pursuits of philosophy and theology, they were still, nevertheless, a force to be
reckoned with in war. The spirit of a coyote was said to reside in each of the warriors.
Mages: Boon Hwang, Iris and Kwang Yi
The immovable force, the Order of Aquilan, consisted of stalwart knights, often defending key positions
or guarding fortresses against the marauding foreign infidels. The armadillo featured prominently int thier
battle standards. Armed with the Voulge, a fearsome polearm with a monstrous cleaver-like blade, they stood
resolute in the face of adversity.

Matchless in vigour, speed and form, the Knights of the Order of Bayard were indefatigable in battle, and
were often the first to ride into war on their magnificent stallions, weilding their Lucern hammers. Willing
to fight to the last man, they were truly tenacious and a sight to behold on the battlefields in France.

Grand Master Ganelon was known for being a hopeless romantic, and was the secret lover of many a fair maiden.
His knights and him were often reputed masters of the Lockaber axe, a long polearm with a single bladed axe and a
wicked hook on the end. Often, Ganelonrode into battle with a falcon on his arm.
Mages: Adrian Loh, Chi-Nang and Huifang
Grand Knight Gradasso was as reputed for his weapon skills as his sense of humour, able to laugh even in the
face of danger. These knights can find mirth in even the most life-threatening of situations. Small wonder
that their battle standards feature the hyena, a cunning hunter with a haughty laugh, the last that their
enemies ever hear before dying at the hands of their flails.
Mages: Joshua, Rahul and Simin
Skill with the Bec de Corbin was a prerequisite for joining this order. Consummate in the arts of war,
known for their endurance and strength, they were agile as the lynx. They first made their name during the
Battle of Circassia, where they rode into the enemy city and brought it to it's knees.
Mages: Meishi and Terence
Strangely enough, this order of knights abhorred violence, upholding the sanctity of life. Still, they
were not to be ignored, for they fought with a dogged determination when the need arose, bearing
their spears, striking at opponents' vitals with the deadliness of a viper.
Mages: Gwen and Justin
This order of knight was of Danish descent. Exemplified by the fox, they were wily and cunning, masters of
battle strategies. Careful planners, they were responsible for the emphatic victory at the Battle of Albracca.
They favoured the mace in battle.
Mages: Jing Fang and Mei Pin
So named after their founder, Rinaldo, one of the peers of Charlemagne. The knights of this order were
famed for their horsemanship and riding into battle, bearing their favourite weapon, the long sword. They
struck fear into the hearts of tehir enemies, so fierce were they. "Swith as a cheetah" was a phrase
associated with these knights.

Sericane was the Duke of Bavaria, a loyal vassal of Charlemagne. Puma-like in stealth and guile, the
Knights of Sericane were legendary with their pikes, often impaling upon them their heathen Saxon enemies.
