She's
talented in her own way, although I'm quite sure she cannot play any musical
instrument. It's not her image that attracts me, rather, it's her
songs. Somehow I just find almost all her songs very listenable,
whether they're Mandarin or Cantonese ones. But she's been criticized
for feigning a weird foreign accent when she sings, which is only so for
her Mandarin songs. Undeniably, she's a woman of substance since
she broke into the entertainment scene when she won a singing contest.

I find her songs really appealing. Seems like she's also rather famous
for her chameleon image too. Maybe I aspire to be like them deep
down inside too? *lol* Seems like most of my idols are from Hong
Kong huh? Well...not so for the next one...

I really
admire her talent. And I'm proud of her achievements overseas.
Actually I was already her fan BEFORE she went overseas, so I'm not those
who will only appreciate foreign artistes...I don't have the 'The grass
is always greener in other people's pastures' mentality :)

predict that her fame will not fizzle out easily, especially when it seems
like a lot of people really admire her :) Go for it Kit!

And...here's
my male idol...heee...goes to show that I don't just pay attention to the
ladies out there lah. Actually there's also a practical reason to
have more female idols...so that I'll have a wider variety of songs to
choose from when I go to karaoke *lol*
