Want to know the information about the different essential oils?
Just click on
the essential oil
list below. Essential oil is a must for Aromatherapy?
Try to take a look at Use of Aromatherapy in the
Home.
An essential oil is the
essence of a plant or its personality, the plant's life force distilled for
use. The fragrance and character of each oil are individual and unique as
a finger print as are its therapeutic properties and the effects they have on
the individuals.
Essential oils are natural, volatile substances that evaporate
readily, quickly releasing their aroma into the air as happens, for examples,
when someone brushes against an aromatic plant in a garden. The Germans
refer to essential oils as "ethereal oils", which is a much more
accurate and a more evocative name. Approximately 300 essential oils are
commercially available but of these only 50 to 100 have health giving properties
and suitable for home use and aromatherapist.
Some suggestion of essential oils for intimate
moments.

Coming home to a bedroom
scented for love after enjoyed an intimate dinner for two? Try burning essential
oils like Patchouli, Ylang Ylang,
Orange and Rose. These are known for
their sensual, aphrodisiac qualities. Try to mix your own blend or use a
pre-mixed blend meant specially for seduction or try using some scented candles.
Try mixing Frankincense with Sandalwood
and Bergamot, if your partner prefers a more masculine
scent.
