In my undergraduate years, I participated the undergraduate research opportunity programme(UROP), with a project on accident investigation. It was this project that furthered my interest in risk analysis techniques. In partial fulfilment of my Bachelor Degree of Engineering, I completed a dessertation titled "Risk Analysis of Engineering System". In my Web site, you will find reviews on risk analysis as well as accident investigation techniques, which constitute the first two chapters of my dissertation.
My favourite pastime has been the assembling of PCs and photography. Below are some interesting PC hardware links :

My current PC configuration is a K6 PR200 sitting on a ASUSTEK P55T2P4 Rev3.1 motherboard. The RAM capacity as of today is 96 MB. Connected to the primary IDE port of the motherboard is a IBM Deskstar 3 3.2GB and the secondary IDE port, a Pioneer 12x CD drive. Together, these "faithful" components have been "burnt" for the past few months trying to churn out simulation results on my Philips Brilliance 105 monitor. Occasionally, cries of "agony" can be heard from the speaker attached to the Sound Galaxy Waverider 32 sound card. These cries are fainter now, as simulations have already been completed! :-)
